Kidney Stone 3

I am glad to say this is the last part in the Kidney Stone series. Having been back to the hospital for more tests on Monday including an IVP, where they inject dye into your arm to get a better x-ray picture, tonight the stone is out of the body and on the loose.

Actually it is not so far on the loose. It is now in a plastic bag ready to be sent to the laboratory to find out what type of stone it is.

and here it is ....

Well, I am glad that it is out now and didn't need an operation.

Thanks to everyone who tweeted and commented to me during the painful days. I really appreciated hearing from you all.

I will be checking with the Doctor what I need to do to avoid getting one these things again.

Oh man! I've got nothing on you! My stone wasn't half that size and made me whimper and moan. Take care and enjoy the lack of pain my friend!

Hi, Shibuya246! Glad to see the stone has passed and you're feeling better. I'm in the same boat with Supreme Nothing. My kidney stones were itty-bitty and I felt like I was gonna die. XD

Please excuse the language, but: holy fscking crap! That passed through your urethra?! O_O *whimper* And here I was, thinking that my chlamydia test had shown me ultimate pain. Really, that had nothing on this 1cm piece of pain and death. WTF dude, serious respect for you! o_O

I'm really glad that you are on yore way back to a pain free life. Yeah now it's time to really chill. I can't imagine what that kind of pain would feel like and that's 1 cm? OW:( There's an old Schlitz beer cm that said "You only go around once in life, so grab for all the gusto you can get!" I'm sure Rilakkuma is relieved to here this also. Take care

Thanks. Glad to see it out. The last 2 times, the stone was too big to come out by itself, so this time was a definite improvement.

  12. shibuya246

Thanks. Equally glad it has now gone for good.
